Allen says “I’m over the sports car and airplane flying stage, but now I’m lucky to live in one of the most beautiful parts of rural, northern Kentucky, just a few miles from Louisville. Thoroughbred horses, four board fences and that famous bluegrass make for some spectacular, long walks with my wife and dog. I mix that in with a little gardening and my favorite hobby – cooking.”
